Higher Society is the registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of MOVE. Community, dedicated to improving lives and neighborhoods through purposeful action. From beautifying public spaces to fostering personal wellness, Higher Society is committed to creating a lasting positive impact.
As a nonprofit, every program we lead and every dollar we raise goes directly toward initiatives that make a difference. We believe that when people come together to care for their surroundings and each other, they create ripple effects of lasting change.

Higher Society focuses on impactful programs that address the immediate and long-term needs of our community. These initiatives reflect our commitment to fostering connection, wellness, and opportunity for everyone.
One of our flagship efforts, Community Cleanups, brings together volunteers to transform public spaces, removing trash, revitalizing neighborhoods, and creating a cleaner, safer environment for all. Wellness Programs like Sunday Morning Steps promote physical activity, mindfulness, and connection, encouraging participants to prioritize their well-being while forging meaningful relationships.
Our Support for Those in Need initiative provides critical resources to individuals seeking a fresh start, including our Homebound Program, which offers bus tickets to those needing to travel to access essential help or reconnect with a support system. This program ensures that no one is left without the means to pursue a better future.
