What Is the MOVE. Community Joint Capital Fund?

The MOVE. Community Joint Capital Fund (JCF) is more than an investment fund—it’s the engine driving the development of major community-focused projects, from social hubs to world-class recreational destinations. We’re building the Midwest Amsterdam, a hub for cannabis tourism, sustainable living, and economic growth.

In our first phase, we are issuing 150,400 Community Coins and 12 Council Coins to raise $20,000,000. These funds will be used to secure community assets like Stateline X1, The X1 Compound, Project Eden, JBs Clubhouse, and more—community assets that will start funding our Community Reward Fund (CRF), ensuring sustainable growth and long-term community impact.

The Joint Capital Fund is built on a simple yet impactful system. By purchasing MOVE. Coins, you contribute directly to community-driven projects designed to generate both financial rewards and lasting community impact. Here’s how it all comes together:

MOVE. Coins provide the financial foundation for the Joint Capital Fund.

Step 2: Community-Driven Investments.

Your investment powers community development. We invest in key projects that uplift local businesses and create community ownership.

Step 3: Share in the Success.

As these projects grow, 90% of the community's profits flow into the MOVE. Reward Fund, where members benefit through our community reward sharing by moving together.

Types of

MOVE. Coins:

Community Coins.

$125 each, earning 0.0005384% of the CRF (Community Reward Fund) in Phase 1 Release.

150,400 coins will be in Phase 1 Release to raise $20,000,000 USD.

No more than 420,000 total coins will be issued over 3 Phases of release.

MOVE. Community Membership is required to purchase MOVE. Coins.

Council Coins.

$100,000 each, earning 1.33% of the CRF (Community Reward Fund).

Total 12 Council Coins will be released.

Designed for larger stakeholders within the community and a vote on major community decisions.

Minimum MOVE. +PLUS is required.

A 61-acre development featuring a world-class disc golf course, glamping, festival grounds, and 2.85 miles of trails—positioned as a gateway to The Ozarks.

A 368-acre development with a natural spring bottled water facility, sustainable farming, and glamping.

StartUp Joplin aims to help launch 100 small businesses right here in Joplin. Through access to funding, mentorship, & a supportive network, it is designed to empower entrepreneurs, & small-scale innovators to turn their ideas into thriving enterprises.

MIDTOWN MERCANTILE

Serves as a one-stop shop for community members and visitors alike. Its purpose is to highlight & promote local artisans & small businesses, providing them with a platform to grow their brands while offering customers access to unique, locally sourced products.

THE DAILY SPECIAL FOOD TRUCK

More than just a food truck, it’s a mobile connection point for residents & visitors to enjoy food made with love. It features different chefs & their signature dishes, bringing diverse flavors to the community
