The membership model

Named access. Shared responsibility.

Membership follows a country-club model: apply, receive approval, complete enrollment, and maintain good standing. Each covered person receives a named, nontransferable Valley Access ID.

Individual, Household, and Business members follow the same community standards. The membership type changes only how many named people are covered.
