Use this page to stop future membership renewal charges.
Online request
Send a clear cancellation notice.
In the message field, write "Cancel membership" and include the paying member's name, account email, and the requested effective date. Do not include payment card information.
Confirmation: We will confirm receipt and the effective date.
Future charges: A completed cancellation stops future renewals.
Paid access: Access generally continues through the paid period, subject to standing and the Membership Agreement.
